SideHill Farm is an organically managed grazing dairy in western Mass, producing yogurt and raw milk. We are seeking a skilled cow person to manage our milking herd. Responsibilities include milking, milk quality, feeding, herd health, monitoring heats; maintenance of milking equipment, calf and barn chores.
Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably with organic dairy and grazing. Calm and gentle with animals, skilled with tractors and equipment. Observant, patient, responsible, clean, fun to be around.
Year-round position. Competitive pay, 5.5 days/week, paid time off.
