James Beard Foundation nominates Unmi Abkin of Coco & The Cellar Bar in Easthampton for ‘Oscars of Food’
“Unmi Abkin of Coco & The Cellar Bar on Wednesday earned her fifth consecutive nomination for a James Beard Award, often called the “Oscars of Food.”
She once again is the only Western Massachusetts chef nominated by the James Beard Foundation. The nominations were made public Wednesday.”
