Next Barn Over is a 34-acre organic mixed vegetable farm in Hadley, MA. We grow for our 500-member CSA as well as a few local restaurants and grocery stores.
We are currently hiring 2 people to join our returning five-member field crew for the 2015 season. Both positions are full-time (40-60hrs/wk) and full season (April-December).
Applicants should have an interest in efficient farm systems; be hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated. Farm work is fun and rewarding but also very physically demanding. Applicants should have the desire to work outside even in adverse weather and be able to work early in the morning. Preference will be given to folks interested in a multiple-year commitment. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. Women, people of color, queer and trans people are encouraged to apply.
