On May 3, the Northampton Center for the Arts will be participating in Valley Gives, a 24 hour e-philanthropy event to encourage residents in Hampden, Hampshire, and Franklin counties to log on and contribute to their favorite local non-profit organizations. All donations will be made through the Valley Gives website, a centralized web-enabled mobile giving platform.
The Northampton Center for the Arts asks its supporters to begin making online donations as early as April 2. The funds that are raised this year have special importance as we continue to face the challenges of transitioning into exciting new arts space at 33 Hawley Street while organizing the 32nd edition of First Night Northampton, including our iconic fireworks display in the early evening and the ball-raising at midnight. Please help us to continue producing and facilitating arts activities in Northampton.
